摘要

本文总结了1例脓毒性休克患者通过药物灌肠联合超声药物透入改善胃肠道症状的护理经验，包括超声药物透入方法、超声药物透入护理要点、超声药物透入效果观察、管路护理、心理护理等。通过药物灌肠联合超声药物透入治疗后患者腹胀、腹痛等临床症状明显好转。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience on a patient with septic shock whose gastrointestinal symptoms were improved through drug enema combined with ultrasound drug penetration. The ultrasound drug penetration methods， key nursing points for ultrasound drug penetration， effect observation， pipeline care， and psychological care were reported. After the treatment， the patient's clinical symptoms such as abdominal distension and pain were improved significantly.
