摘要

本文总结1例中西医结合治疗儿童流行性腮腺炎的护理经验。根据中医证候特点进行辨证分型，实施中医特色护理，包括中药外敷疗法，放血疗法，刮痧疗法，耳穴贴压疗法等中医适宜技术。指导正确的中药口服方法，做好情志护理，落实健康指导。西医予以对症治疗，严格执行呼吸道隔离措施。对腮腺炎患儿给予中西医结合整体护理可有效提高临床疗效，提高患儿的治疗依从性以及护理满意度。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of children mumps treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. According to the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation， TCM characteristic nursing was carried out， including TCM external application therapy， bloodletting therapy， scraping therapy， auricular point sticking therapy and other TCM appropriate techniques. Guide the correct oral method of traditional Chinese medicine， do a good job of emotional nursing， and implement health guidance. Western medicine was given symptomatic treatment and respiratory isolation measures were strictly implemented. Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine holistic nursing for children with mumps can effectively improve the clinical efficacy， treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of children.
