摘要

本文总结1例乙状结肠癌合并完全性肠梗阻行肠道支架置入联合手术患者的护理经验。通过对患者术前评估、肠道准备、情志护理，术后密切观察生命体征变化及辅助中医特色技术护理，患者术后恢复良好，无并发症发生。对于乙状结肠癌合并完全性肠梗阻患者，先行肠道支架缓解梗阻，再做术前肠道准备为一期手术创造条件，结合围手术期个性化护理内容，能有效减少并发症，减少患者痛苦，降低负面情绪，改善各项康复指征，取得良好的临床效果。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with sigmoid colon cancer complicated with complete intestinal obstruction who underwent intestinal stent placement. By conducting preoperative evaluation， intestinal preparation， emotional care， close observation of changes in vital signs after surgery， and assisting with Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic nursing techniques， the patient recovered well after surgery without any complications. For the patient with sigmoid cancer complicated with complete intestinal obstruction， the intestinal stent was firstly used to alleviate obstruction， followed by preoperative intestinal preparation to create conditions for the first stage of surgery and combined with personalized perioperative care， which could effectively reduce complications， reduce patient pain and negative emotions， improve various rehabilitation indicators， and achieve good clinical results.
