摘要

本文总结1例胃肠功能障碍合并肠梗阻患者的中西医结合护理体会。在常规禁食、胃肠减压治疗效果不明显后，利用中药膏摩联合中药灌肠技术，使患者肠道通畅，治疗有效。以期为临床医务人员利用中西医结合方法治疗胃肠功能障碍合并肠梗阻提供借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for a patient with gastrointestinal dysfunction combined with intestinal obstruction. After the conventional fasting and gastrointestinal decompression treatment was not obvious， the combination of traditional Chinese medicine ointment and traditional Chinese medicine enema technology was used to make the patient's intestinal tract unblocked and the treatment was effective. In order to provide reference for clinical medical staff to use integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction combined with intestinal obstruction.
