摘要

本文分析并总结了1例输尿管支架植入术后血尿引起尿管堵塞患者的护理过程，经过重新留置导尿管后持续膀胱冲洗患者尿管堵塞症状减轻，说明正确的膀胱冲洗护理是减少尿管堵塞的关键，以期为类似病例的护理提供参考。

Abstract

This paper analyzed and summarized the nursing process of a patient with urinary tube blockage caused by hematuria after ureteral stenting. The symptoms of urinary tube blockage in the patient with continuous bladder irrigation after re-indwelling catheter were alleviated， indicating that correct bladder irrigation nursing is the key to reduce urinary tube blockage， in order to provide reference for nursing of similar cases.
