摘要
本文总结了1例中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷技术应用在AECOPD无创通气治疗性腹胀中的临床效果，分析了中药膏摩和穴位贴敷技术在腹胀治疗中的独特优势和特点。该病例基于西医运用口服胃肠动力药物和甘油灌肠剂常规治疗，腹胀缓解效果不明显。中医辨证论治运用中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷治疗腹胀取得了较好的临床效果，同时降低了口服胃肠动力药物的不良反应，减少了胃肠功能负担，增加了患者的舒适度和接受度，有效提高了患者对无创呼吸机治疗的依从性和疾病治疗效果。
Abstract
This article summarizes the clinical effect of a combination of TCM ointment and acupoint application technology in the non-invasive ventilation treatment of abdominal distension in AECOPD， and analyzes the unique advantages and characteristics of TCM ointment and acupoint application technology in the treatment of abdominal distension. In conventional Western medicine treatment， this case was treated by oral gastrointestinal motility drugs and glycerol enemas， but the relief effect of abdominal distension was not significant. In TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation， the application of TCM ointment combined with acupoint application technology has achieved good clinical results in treating abdominal distension， which also reduced the adverse reactions of oral gastrointestinal motility drugs and the burden of gastrointestinal， increased the patient’s comfort and acceptance， and effectively improved the patient compliance with non-invasive ventilation therapy and the treatment effect.
