摘要

本文总结1例腕踝针联合头部刮痧治疗偏头痛患者的护理经验。通过护理评估及中医辨证，运用腕踝针联合头部刮痧治疗后，患者痊愈。基于中医辨证施护理论指导，运用腕踝针配合头部刮痧治疗，结合饮食护理，情志护理，为患者减轻痛苦，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with migraine treated by wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with head scraping. After nursing evaluation and TCM syndrome differentiation， the patient was cured by wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with head scraping treatment. Based on the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing theory， wristankle acupuncture combined with head scraping treatment， combined with diet nursing and emotional nursing can relieve the pain of patients， and the curative effect is significant， which is worthy of clinical application.
