摘要

本文总结1例大肠息肉患者肠镜术后腹胀行耳部揿针技术治疗的效果观察及护理体会。基于中医辨证施护，实施耳部揿针技术，同时配合进行相关施膳护理、施志护理、康复指导等干预措施，改善患者的腹胀焦虑的症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the observation and nursing experience of a case of postoperative abdominal distension in a patient with colorectal polyps treated with ear pressing needle technique. Based on the dialectical nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine， the ear pressing needle technique was implemented， along with intervention measures such as dietary care， psychological care， and rehabilitation guidance， which effectively improved the symptoms of abdominal distension and anxiety in the patient.
