摘要
本文总结1例经胸右心声学造影诊断卵圆孔未闭患者的护理体会，具体包括检查流程、操作方法、护理配合等。通过相关检查，诊断出卵圆孔未闭后进行相应的手术治疗，降低患者复发性脑卒中或短暂性脑缺血发作的发生率。
Abstract
This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with patent foramen ovale diagnosed by transthoracic contrast echocardiography， including the examination process， operation method， nursing cooperation， etc. After the diagnosis of patent foramen ovale through relevant examinations， the corresponding surgical treatment should be carried out to reduce the incidence of recurrent stroke or transient ischemic attack.
