摘要

本文总结1例耳穴压丸联合穴位贴敷治疗宫颈癌患者化疗致恶心呕吐的护理经验。本案例通过分析化疗导致恶心呕吐的相关因素，根据整体护理的观念，采用中西医结合的护理方法，制定护理计划，采取耳穴压丸联合穴位贴敷的中医护理技术，辅以对症护理措施，最终有效减轻患者化疗后恶心呕吐的反应，提高患者的生活质量，以期为同类病例提供参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in cervical cancer treated with auricular acupoint pressure pills combined with acupoint application. In this case， by analyzing the related factors of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting， according to the concept of holistic nursing， the nursing method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was adopted to formulate a nursing plan. The traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology of auricular acupoint pressure pills combined with acupoint application was adopted， supplemented by symptomatic nursing measures， and finally effectively reduced the nausea and vomiting reaction after chemotherapy and improved the quality of life of patients. In order to provide reference for similar cases.
