摘要

本文总结1例细菌性肺炎合并心功能不全患者俯卧位通气治疗康复的护理经验。护理措施包括俯卧位通气全程护理评估、感染预防、体位及管路的管理、皮肤护理、健康宣教等。肺炎患者在清醒状态下自主进行俯卧位通气，不仅有效避免插管，改善低氧血症，同时也可以避免患者压力性损伤，减轻人力成本和护理难度。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of prone position ventilation for rehabilitation of a patient with bacterial pneumonia complicated with cardiac insufficiency. Nursing measures included the whole nursing assessment of prone position ventilation， infection prevention， position and tube management， skin care， health education and so on. Patients with pneumonia can not only effectively avoid intubation and improve hypoxemia， but also avoid pressure injury， reduce labor cost and nursing difficulty.
