摘要

本文总结1例脓毒性休克伴急性肾损伤危重患者接受血液净化的护理经验，包括中心静脉导管置管及维护，严密监测并记录生命体征，定期检测内环境，密切监测血滤机各压力值、血流速，积极预防低体温、低血压、出血及凝血等并发症。通过以上护理措施改善了患者休克症状和各项生命体征，患者顺利出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a critically ill patient with septic shock accompanied by acute kidney injury who received blood purification， including central venous catheter placement and maintenance， close monitoring and recording of vital signs， regular detection of internal environment， close monitoring of blood filter pressure and blood flow， and active prevention of complications such as hypothermia， hypotension， bleeding and coagulation. The above measures effectively improved the shock symptoms and vital signs. The patient was discharged smoothly.
