摘要

本文总结1例糖尿病性周围神经病变孕妇的护理经验。护理要点包括：加强病情观察，加强诱因管理，预防糖尿病酮症酸中毒，加强饮食指导，成立多学科团队联合诊疗，合理选择分娩方式，全程心理疏导以增强患者信心。经过精心的治疗及护理，患者顺利分娩健康婴儿，共住院25天，正常分娩后3天出院。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a pregnant woman with diabetes peripheral neuropathy. The key points of nursing include： enhancing the condition observation， strengthening the inducements management， preventing diabetes ketoacidosis， strengthening diet guidance， establishing a multidisciplinary team for joint diagnosis and treatment， reasonably selecting the mode of delivery， and psychological counseling throughout the process to enhance the patient’s confidence. After careful treatment and care， the patient successfully delivered a healthy baby and was hospitalized for 25 days. They were discharged 3 days after normal delivery.
