摘要
本文回顾基于中医皮部理论时辰法揿针在1例肠道湿热型大肠息肉术后腹胀患者中的应用效果，总结相关护理经验。基于中医皮部理论时辰法，辨证选取耳穴和体穴给予揿针，并配合腹胀常规护理，有效缓解患者的腹胀症状。
Abstract
This article reviewed the application of press needle based on TCM skin theory and Timing theory in a case of abdominal distension in a patient with intestinal damp heat type large intestine polyp after EMR， and summarized relevant nursing experience. Based on the TCM skin theory and Timing theory， ear and body acupoints were selected based on syndrome differentiation. Pressing needle and routine care were applied for abdominal distension， which could effectively relieve the patient’s symptoms.
