摘要
带状疱疹后神经痛为带状疱疹皮肤损伤患者治愈后遗留的严重并发症，目前尚无特异性治疗手段，本文总结1例中医特色技术治疗带状疱疹后神经痛期间出现重度荨麻疹患者的相关护理经验。经中药塌渍、灯火灸、虎符铜砭刮痧等治疗，患者神经痛症状明显改善。在上述治疗期间患者出现重度荨麻疹，我科用耳穴疗法、尺泽穴刺络放血联合拔罐疗法进行干预，荨麻疹症状快速退却，患者症状改善，自述满意。中医特色技术操作简单、治疗效果显著，且患者接受度较高，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Postherpetic neuralgia is a serious complication after the cure of herpes zoster skin lesions， and there is no specific treatment method at present. This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with severe urticaria during the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology. After the treatment of stain collapse with traditional Chinese medicine， lamp moxibustion and scraping with copper bianstone， the symptoms of neuralgia were significantly improved. During the above treatment period， the patient developed severe urticaria. Auricular point therapy， bloodlet at Chze point combined with cupping therapy were used to treat the urticaria. The symptoms of urticaria quickly subsided， and the patient's symptoms were improved， and he was satisfied. The characteristic technology of traditional Chinese medicine is simple to operate， the treatment effect is significant， and the patient acceptance is high， which is worthy of clinical application.
