摘要

本文总结1例伴有湿疹的肺癌患者PICC置管后静脉炎的护理经验。本例患者在PICC置管后第5天右侧上肢置管处出现红肿，触之胀痛，我院利用中西医结合、多学科联合诊疗优势，迅速作出应对措施，西医予常规消炎药物，中医予中药膏摹（如意金黄散）治疗，最终患者感染消除、右侧上肢皮肤湿疹较前缓解，患者完成周期性化疗。分析该患者发生皮肤红肿胀痛的原因可能与医护、患者自身均相关，提示PICC置管前应充分评估患者自身条件，术后医护的密切观察与配合对PICC导管安全且长期的应用至关重要。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a lung cancer patient with eczema and phlebitis after PICC catheterization. In this case， the patient developed swelling and pain at the right upper limb catheter 5 days after PICC catheterization. Our hospital took the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment， and made rapid response measures. Conventional anti-inflammatory drugs were given in western medicine， and Chinese medicine ointment G （Ruyi Jinhuang powder） was given. The causes of skin redness and swelling and pain in this patient may be related to both doctors， nurses and patients themselves， suggesting that the patient's own conditions should be fully evaluated before PICC catheterization， and the close observation and cooperation of doctors and nurses after PICC catheterization are very important for the safe and long-term application of PICC catheter.
