摘要

颈椎前路减压手术是目前骨科常用的用于治疗颈椎疾病的手术方式。虽然其较低的并发症发生率被认为是安全有效的术式，但随着手术病例的增加，其并发症也越来越受到重视。本文总结1例颈椎前路手术患者，术后出现吞咽困难的并发症，通过评估吞咽困难程度、给予进食代偿管理、吞咽功能训练、呼吸功能训练、加强基础护理、相关健康教育及心理护理等护理干预方案。患者吞咽困难症状明显改善，舒适度得到提高。

Abstract

The anterior cervical decompression surgery is the orthopaedic operation method commonly used for the treatment of cervical vertebra disease. Although its low complication rates is considered to be safe and effective operation， but with the increase of surgical cases， its complications is becoming more and more attention. This article summarizes a patient with dysphagia complications after anterior cervical spine surgery. Through the evaluation of the degree of dysphagia， feeding compensation management， swallowing function training， respiratory function training， strengthening basic nursing， related health education and psychological nursing， and other nursing intervention programs. Patients with dysphagia symptoms improved， comfort was improved.
