摘要

本文总结1例先天性耳前瘘管患者在耳鼻喉科治疗期间的护理干预实践。针对耳前瘘管患者红肿、流脓、感染等症状，实施中医护理干预，包括火针疗法、中药化腐清创术、饮食护理和情志护理。经治疗，患者耳部脓性分泌物完全排出，肿胀较前明显减轻，创口愈合情况良好。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing intervention practice of a patient with congenital preauricular fistula during otolaryngology treatment. TCM nursing intervention， including fire needling therapy， traditional Chinese medicine debridement， diet nursing and emotional nursing， was carried out for patients with preauricular fistula， such as redness， pus， infection and other symptoms. After treatment， the patient's ear purulent secretion was completely discharged， the swelling was significantly reduced， and the wound healing was good.
