摘要
为提高酒精性肝硬化合并丹毒感染患者的治疗效果，提升患者舒适感，降低复发率，对患者开展全面护理评估和常规护理，并在此基础上予中药塌渍联合耳穴压丸的中医特色护理技术。经治疗，患者病程明显缩短，舒适感增强，并在较长一段时间内未复发。对酒精性肝硬化合并丹毒感染患者实施中西医结合护理，可有效快速缓解症状，并取得良好的护理效果，值得临床推广。
Abstract
In order to improve the therapeutic effect of alcoholic liver cirrhosis complicated with erysibilas infection， improve patients' comfort and reduce the recurrence rate， comprehensive nursing assessment and routine nursing were carried out for patients， and on this basis， the traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing technology of collapse spot combined with auricular point pressure pills was given. After treatment， the course of the disease was significantly shortened， the patient's comfort was enhanced， and there was no recurrence for a long period of time. Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing for patients with alcoholic cirrhosis complicated with erysibilas infection can effectively and quickly relieve symptoms， and achieve good nursing effects， which is worthy of clinical promotion.
