摘要
本文总结1例高龄顽固性便秘治疗的护理经验。在常规治疗的同时，依据知识转化模型（Knowledge to Action Framework， KTA），将循证指南推荐的便秘管理最佳证据进行临床实践，并依据相关中西医结合诊疗专家共识，形成基于循证的个体化中西医协同护理方案，为患者实施中药保留灌肠软化粪石、中药离子导入促进肠蠕动、子午流注经皮穴位电刺激治疗，以及营养、运动、排便模式的多维度管理，安全有效，患者便秘情况得到改善，为高龄老年便秘患者护理提供参考。
Abstract
This article summarized the nursing experience of an elderly patient with refractory constipation. In addition to conventional treatment， the best evidence of constipation management recommended by evidence-based guidelines was put into clinical practice according to the Knowledge to Action Framework （KTA）， and an evidence-based individualized integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing plan was formed according to the relevant expert consensus on integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment. The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema to soften the fecal stone， traditional Chinese medicine iontointroduction to promote intestinal peristalsis， meridian flow transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation therapy， and nutrition， exercise and defecation mode multi-dimensional management is safe and effective， and the constipation of patients is improved， which provides a reference for the nursing of elderly patients with constipation.
