摘要

本文总结了砭石温通疗法治疗1例中风介入取栓术后脾肾阳虚型急性胃肠功能损伤患者的护理体会。基于“先后天之本论”指导下，在常规治疗护理的同时采用砭石温通疗法，有效地改善了患者的胃肠功能，增加了肠蠕动，提高肠内营养耐受性以及目标喂养量达标率。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using Bianshi Wentong therapy to treat a patient with acute gastrointestinal function injury of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type after interventional thrombectomy for stroke. Guided by the principle of "congenital and acquired theory"， the use of Bianshi Wentong therapy in addition to routine treatment and nursing effectively improved the patient's gastrointestinal function， increased intestinal peristalsis and intestinal nutrition tolerance， and achieved target feeding rate.
