摘要

本文总结1例应用腹部隔姜泥十字灸联合耳穴压豆法治疗心脾两虚的失眠患者的治疗和护理经验。在加强常规护理的基础上，通过实施十字灸法联合耳穴压豆治疗，有效改善患者的失眠症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the treatment and nursing experience of a case of insomnia with deficiency of both heart and spleen treated with cross moxibustion separated by ginger mud on the abdomen combined with ear acupoint pressing with beans. On the basis of strengthening routine nursing， cross moxibustion combined with ear acupoint bean-pressing can effectively improve the insomnia symptoms of patients.
