摘要

本文回顾1例外周静脉留置针相关静脉炎致导管血流感染患者的护理经验。基于中医辨证护理理论，应用中药封包技术进行干预，同时配合实施常规护理、饮食教育、情志护理等综合干预措施。经过治疗及护理，患者体温恢复正常，静脉炎症状消失，康复出院。

Abstract

This article reviews the nursing experience of a patient with catheter-related bloodstream infection caused by peripheral venous catheterization related phlebitis. Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation nursing， TCM packaging technology is applied for intervention， while implementing comprehensive intervention measures such as routine nursing， dietary education， and emotional nursing. After treatment and care， the patient's body temperature returned to normal， the symptoms of phlebitis disappeared， and the patient recovered and was discharged from the hospital.
