摘要

本文结合1例循经拔罐联合耳穴贴压治疗乳腺结节疼痛患者的护理经验。患者根据门诊评估，辨证分析，基于中医基础理论开展情志护理、饮食指导及循经拔罐联合耳穴贴压等中医护理干预，有效减轻患者疼痛症状，缓解乳房局部不适，改善患者焦虑，提高患者生活质量和对疾病治疗的信心。

Abstract

This article combines the nursing experience of a patient with breast nodule pain treated with meridian cupping combined with ear acupressure. Based on outpatient evaluation and syndrome differentiation analysis， patients receive emotional care， dietary guidance， and traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventions such as meridian cupping combined with ear acupressure， based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine. These interventions effectively alleviate patients' pain symptoms， relieve local breast discomfort， improve patients' anxiety， enhance their quality of life， and increase their confidence in disease treatment.
