摘要

本文总结1例特发性突聋患者的临床护理经验。对特发性突聋患者在护理期间采取中西医结合护理，包括听力康复、心理护理、失眠护理等。经护理干预后改善了患者听力，减轻了患者焦虑失眠的症状，提高了患者的生活质量，患者顺利出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical nursing experience of a patient with idiopathic sudden deafness. During the nursing period for the patient with idiopathic sudden deafness， a combination of traditional Chinese and Western care was adopted， including hearing rehabilitation， psychological care， and insomnia care. After nursing intervention， the patient's hearing was improved， the symptoms of anxiety and insomnia were alleviated， and the patient's quality of life was also improved. The patient was discharged smoothly.
