摘要
总结1例初发2型糖尿病年轻患者成功实现糖尿病逆转的护理经验。护理要点：积极监测和控制血糖；组织多学科团队合作，制定饮食、运动、用药等方面的个体化治疗方案，通过共享门诊加强全程管理；采用中药足浴缓解肢体末端疼痛，积极预防糖尿病并发症；采用耳部疗法改善血糖控制，提升睡眠质量。经过多学科团队的综合管理，患者血糖控制良好，停用降糖药3个月后糖化血红蛋白<6.5%，实现糖尿病逆转；随后每3个月进行1次随访，患者目前仍处于缓解状态。
Abstract
To summarize a care of a young patient with new-onset type 2 diabetes who achieved diabetes remission successfully. Key points of care include： monitoring and controlling blood sugar actively； building a shared medical appointment， organizing multidisciplinary team work and developing individualized treatment plans in terms of diet， exercise and medication， enhancing management through shared medical appointment； using auricular therapy and herbal footbaths to relieve end-of-limb pain and prevent diabetic complications. After the comprehensive management of a multidisciplinary team， the patient had good blood glucose control and achieved diabetes remission with HbA1c <6.5% after 3 months of discontinuation of hypoglycemic drugs. Subsequent follow-ups were performed every 3 months， and the patient remains in remission.
