摘要

面瘫的主要病位在阳明，本病多由络脉空虚，卫外不力，外邪乘虚侵入，导致局部气血痹阻，尤其是阳明经筋失于濡养，以致肌肉纵缓不收而患病，其病因病机和症状与痿病暗合，故临床以《内经》“治痿独取阳明”理论指导火龙罐综合灸治疗面瘫。本文总结火龙罐综合灸在1例风寒入络型面瘫患者治疗过程中的应用，经过住院及出院后延续性的辨证施护，患者面瘫治疗效果显著，且无副作用、舒适性高，临床值得推广。

Abstract

The main disease location of facial paralysis is in Yangming， which is mostly caused by the weakness of the veins， the lack of external defense， and the invasion of external evil forces， resulting in local Qi and blood obstruction， especially the loss of Yangming meridians and tendons， so that the muscles are unrestrained. The etiology， pathogenesis， and symptoms are closely related to flaccidity disease. Therefore， the clinical practice is guided by the theory of "treating flaccidity by taking Yangming alone" in the "Internal Classic" to treat facial paralysis with Huolong cupping comprehensive moxibustion. This article summarizes the application of Huolong cupping comprehensive moxibustion in the treatment of a patient with facial paralysis caused by wind cold entering the meridian. Through continuous dialectical nursing after hospitalization and discharge， the treatment effect of facial paralysis in the patient was significant with high comfort and no side effects， which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
