摘要
本病案中下肢丹毒患者在输液抗炎的基础上采用中药外敷治疗、耳穴埋籽、穴位按摩，并配合心理、饮食护理和健康指导等护理措施，治疗干预效果显著，患者10天后痊愈出院。在护理查房过程中，通过评估患者，进行辩证分析，提出护理问题及相关护理措施，与全科护士、护生互动式讨论，促进了护士及护生对专科知识的了解，满足了临床教学的需要，增加了护理人员的丹毒中西医结合护理知识，提高了护理人员解决临床疑难护理问题的综合能力，为丹毒的中西医结合护理提供了一定的参考。
Abstract
In this case， a patient with lower limb erysipelas was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine external application， auricular point pressing， acupoint massage， psychological and dietary care， and health guidance on the basis of intravenous anti-inflammatory therapy. The treatment intervention effect was significant， and the patient recovered and was discharged after 10 days. In the process of nursing round， by evaluating patient， conducting dialectical analysis， proposing nursing problems and related nursing measures， and engaging in interactive discussions with general nurses and nursing students， the understanding of specialized knowledge among nurses and nursing students was promoted， meeting the needs of clinical teaching， increasing the nursing staff's knowledge of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine for treating erysipelas， and improving their comprehensive ability to solve clinical difficult nursing problems. This provided a certain reference for the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing of erysipelas.
