摘要
目的
2
总结芳香疗法对1例肝硬化失代偿期老年患者的安宁疗护实践，为临床个体化护理提供依据。
方法
2
运用芳香疗法进行非药物干预，缓解患者不适症状，为患者及家属提供身体、心理、社会支持、灵性关怀的全方位照护。
结果
2
帮助患者接纳死亡，完成最后的心愿，达到舒适且平静地离开人世的目标。
结论
2
芳香疗法作为一种补充照护手段，具有减轻疼痛、改善睡眠、缓解焦虑抑郁、防止皮肤干燥等作用，在安宁疗护中使用可改善老年肝病患者临终期生命质量。
Abstract
Objective
2
To summarize the practice of aromatherapy for hospice care in an elderly patient with decompensated liver cirrhosis， and provide a basis for individualized clinical care.
Methods
2
Aromatherapy for non pharmacological intervention was applied to alleviate the patient discomfort symptoms and comprehensive physical， psychological， social support， and spiritual care was provided for the patient and the family.
Results

Hospice care with aromatherapy could help the patient accept death， fulfill their final wishes， and achieve the goal of leaving the world comfortably and peacefully.
Conclusion

Aromatherapy， as a supplementary care method， had the effects of reducing pain， improving sleep， alleviating anxiety and depression， and preventing skin dryness. Its use in hospice care could improve the life quality of elderly liver disease patient at the end of life.
