摘要
本文总结我科首例病态窦房结综合症、窦性停搏患者采用无导线起搏器植入治疗的护理体会。通过完善术前准备、术中配合、术后护理及出院的健康宣教等，旨在减轻患者的不适症状，无并发症发生，促进患者的术后康复。
Abstract
This article summarized the nursing experience of the first patient with sick sinus syndrome and sinus arrest treated with leadless pacemaker implantation in our department. Through perfect preoperative preparation， intraoperative cooperation， postoperative nursing and health education at discharge， the patients' discomfort symptoms were alleviated， no complications occurred， and the postoperative rehabilitation of patients was promoted.
