摘要
本文总结1例慢性肾功能不全患者外周静脉留置针输液拔针后发生静脉炎的中西医结合护理体会。患者外周静脉滴注硝酸异山梨酯注射液（异舒吉）、盐酸罂粟碱注射液、银杏叶提取物注射液等药物，完成治疗后常规拔除留置针，24 h后留置针穿刺部位出现3级静脉炎并伴有中等疼痛、皮温升高等症状。通过选用喜辽妥软膏外涂按摩，联合中药康复新液冷湿敷中西医联合治疗6 d后，患者穿刺部位红斑、肿胀消退，皮温恢复正常，无疼痛。
Abstract
This article summarized the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for phlebitis after withdrawing the peripheral venous indwelling needle in a patient with chronic renal insufficiency. The patient was treated with isosorbide dinitrate injection （Isosorbide dinitrate）， papaverine hydrochloride injection， ginkgo biloba extract injection and other drugs by peripheral intravenous drip. After completion of treatment， the indwelling needle was routinely removed. 24 hours later， grade 3 phlebitis occurred at the indwelling needle puncture site， accompanied by moderate pain and high skin temperature. By choosing xi liao completed ointment besmear outside massage， combined traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation new liquid-cooled wet apply after 6 d combined Chinese and western medicine treatment， patients with puncture erythema， swelling subsided， the skin temperature returned to normal， no pain.
