摘要

本案例总结1例骨折术后并发虚实夹杂型便秘的患儿在小儿推拿调治下的护理经验。基于辨证分析，为患者实施小儿推拿和饮食调好、焦虑护理等个性化的护理措施。经过护理干预，患儿便秘症状好转；同时其发热、食纳差、夜寐不安、情绪焦虑等诸症得以改善。经过4次小儿推拿后，患儿康复出院。小儿推拿能够加快骨折便秘患儿的康复，改善其生活质量，增加患儿及家属的满意度。

Abstract

This case summarizes the nursing experience of a pediatric child with mixed deficiency and excess constipation after fracture surgery under the adjustment of pediatric massage. Based on dialectical analysis， personalized nursing measures including pediatric massage， dietary adjustment， and anxiety care were implemented for the child. After nursing intervention， the child's constipation symptoms improved. At the same time， the symptoms such as fever， poor appetite， restlessness at night， and emotional anxiety were also improved. After 4 rounds of pediatric massage， the child recovered and was discharged. Pediatric massage could accelerate the child’s recovery of fracture and constipation， improve the quality of life， and increase the satisfaction of the child and her family.
