摘要

本文总结1例运用耳穴“三序疗法”改善气阴亏虚型失眠患者的护理体会。通过辨证分析，运用耳穴“三序疗法”，同时给予膳食指导、康复锻炼指导、情志护理等措施，通过疏通气血经络、调节神经系统，帮助患者改善睡眠，提高自身免疫功能。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of patients with insomnia caused by Qi Yin deficiency with "three sequence therapy" at auricular point. Through dialectical analysis， the use of auricular point "three-sequence therapy"， while giving dietary guidance， rehabilitation exercise guidance， emotional care and other measures， through dredge the qi and blood meridians， regulate the nervous system， help patients to improve sleep， improve autoimmune function.
