摘要

本文总结1例消渴病肾病患者的医护一体化中医护理查房实践经验。基于患者的实际病情，实施耳穴压丸、艾条灸和皮内针中医特色技术，同时结合饮食护理、情志护理等措施；进行医护一体化查房，在医护联合下对病例进行讨论，医护协作制定个体护理计划，强化医护协作，提升护理质量，达到整体施护的效果，从而有效促进了患者的康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the practical experience of integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing rounds for a patient with diabetic nephropathy. Based on the actual condition of the patient， TCM techniques including ear acupoint pressing， moxa stick moxibustion， and intradermal acupuncture， combined with measures such as dietary and emotional care were implemented. Integrated ward rounds of medical and nursing care were conducted. Based on the discussion under the joint efforts of medical and nursing staffs， individual nursing plans were developed through medical and nursing cooperation， which improved the nursing quality and achieved the effect of overall nursing care. This effectively promoted the patient’s recovery.
