摘要

本文总结1例全身炎症反应综合征肠功能障碍患者的中医调肠护理经验。护理要点包括参照四证四法辨治理论，根据“辨体—辨病—辨证”三维辨证施护模式，科学辨别患者体质、病位、证型，辨证施护，证法对应，制定中医调肠护理方案。总体治疗分3个阶段施治施护，实施中医适宜技术。经过45 d治疗后，患者发热、咳嗽症状好转，危重症评分从18分降至13分，肠功能障碍评分从4分降至1分，患者病情平稳，顺利出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine bowel adjustment in a patient with systemic inflammatory response syndrome with intestinal dysfunction. The key points of nursing included the reference to the theory of four syndromes and four methods of differentiation and treatment， according to the three-dimensional syndrome differentiation nursing model of "body identification-disease identification-syndrome differentiation"， scientific identification of the patient's constitution， disease location and syndrome type， syndrome differentiation nursing， and the correspondence of syndrome and method， and the formulation of traditional Chinese medicine bowel adjustment nursing plan. The overall treatment was divided into three stages， and the appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine was implemented. After 45 days of treatment， the symptoms of fever and cough were improved， the critical illness score decreased from 18 to 13， and the intestinal dysfunction score decreased from 4 to 1. The patient's condition was stable and he was discharged smoothly.
