摘要

本文总结艾灸联合中药塌渍治疗1例寻常型银屑病患者的护理经验。患者入院后完善护理评估，基于中医理论进行辨证分析，采用中医技术艾灸联合中药塌渍进行治疗，同时开展情志护理、饮食指导，加强医护一体化。经治疗干预，有效减轻了患者皮损程度，缓解了瘙痒程度，改善了患者睡眠，提高了患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of moxibustion combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stain for the treatment of a patient with psoriasis vulgaris. After admission， the nursing evaluation was completed. Based on the theory of TCM， dialectical analysis was conducted. TCM techniques moxibustion combined with TCM collapse stain， and emotional care and dietary guidance were applied to strengthen the integration of medical and nursing care. After treatment intervention， the severity of the patient's skin lesions was effectively reduced， the itching degree was alleviated， and the patient's sleep and life quality was improved.
