摘要
本文总结循经、全息刮痧疗法在1例更年期高血压患者护理中的应用体会。在中医辨证理论指导下，以循证护理导向为基础，采用循经刮痧与全息刮痧，以及病情观察、饮食指导、情志调理等常规护理，对更年期高血压患者进行护理，能达到较理想的护理效果，缩短患者住院时间，改善更年期高血压眩晕等症状，提高生活质量。全息经络刮痧为更年期高血压患者的中西医结合护理提供了一定的依据，值得推广应用。
Abstract
This article summarizes the experience of the application of meridian and holographic scraping therapy in the care of a patient with menopausal hypertension. Under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation theory and the evidence-based nursing， the meridian-based scraping and holographic scraping， as well as routine care such as disease observation， dietary guidance， emotional conditioning were applied， which achieved an ideal nursing effect for the menopausal hypertension patient. The above measures also shortened the hospitalization time， improved menopausal hypertension， vertigo and other symptoms， improved the life quality， and provided a therapeutic basis for patients with menopausal hypertension in the combined nursing of TCM medicine， which are worth promoting and applying.
