摘要
本文总结1例腕踝针干预癌性疼痛患者的护理经验。给予患者腕踝针治疗，并结合心理护理、放疗后皮肤护理、健康教育、疼痛管理等护理措施，有效缓解了患者疼痛，提高了患者生活质量。腕踝针操作简单、安全性高、无不良反应，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with cancerous pain who received wrist-ankle acupuncture intervention. The treatment of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with psychological care， skin care after radiotherapy， health education， pain management and other nursing measures effectively alleviated the patient's pain and improved the life quality. The wrist-ankle acupuncture is easy to operate， safe， and has no adverse reactions， making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.
