摘要

本文总结1例精神病性障碍患者并发慢性喘息型支气管炎的护理经验。采用中医耳穴压丸联合中频脉冲电治疗对局部穴位实施干预；治疗期间结合情志疗法、音乐疗法来缓解患者紧张焦虑情绪；调整患者饮食结构，改善其营养状况，及时做好饮食宣教，提高患者营养水平。经过一个疗程的治疗和护理，患者病情稳定，气喘等症状明显缓解。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with psychiatric disorders complicated with chronic asthmatic bronchitis. Auricular point pressing combined with mild-frequency electric pulse therapy were applied to intervene in local acupoints. During the treatment period， emotional therapy and music therapy were combined to alleviate the patient's tension and anxiety. The patient's dietary structure was adjusted， the nutritional status was improved， the dietary education was implemented， and the patient's nutritional level was improved. After a course of treatment and nursing， the patient's condition was stable， and symptoms such as asthma were significantly relieved.
