摘要

本文总结1例老年重症肺炎伴顽固性咳嗽患者的中西医结合护理经验。密切监测患者生命体征，对症护理患者咳嗽等相关症状，做好气道管理；合理使用中医适宜技术，并开展情志护理、饮食指导、出院健康宣教及出院后护理回访。患者经过16天的中西医结合治疗护理，顺利出院。出院后13天随访，患者症状稳定无反复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for an elderly patient with severe pneumonia and stubborn cough. Closely monitored the patient's vital signs， provided symptomatic care for the patient's cough and other related symptoms， and airway management. The appropriate techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine， emotional care， dietary guidance， discharge health education， and post discharge nursing follow-up were applied. After 16 days of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing， the patient was successfully discharged from the hospital. After 13 days of follow-up after discharge， the patient's symptoms remained stable without recurrence.
