摘要
本文总结1例耳穴压丸联合药棒穴位按摩治疗肝郁脾虚型失眠患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护，给予患者耳穴贴压联合药棒穴位按摩治疗，配合情志护理、生活起居护理及健康宣教等护理措施，有效改善了患者失眠症状，提高了患者生活质量。此方法操作简便易廉、安全性高且无不良反应，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with insomnia of liver depression and spleen deficiency type treated by auricular point sticking combined with medicine stick acupoint massage Based on the treatment of TCM syndrome differentiation， the patient was given auricular acupoint pressure combined with medicine stick acupressure treatment， and nursing measures such as emotional nursing， daily life nursing and health education， which effectively improved the insomnia symptoms of the patient and improved the quality of life of the patient. This method is simple and cheap， safe and has no adverse reactions， and is worthy of clinical application.
