摘要

本文观察火龙罐综合灸应用于1例肱骨外科颈骨折术后肩部及上臂重度肿胀患者的治疗效果，总结护理体会。护理人员基于护理评估做出护理诊断，在中医理论指导下开展火龙罐综合灸技术干预，同时完善护理常规、饮食护理、心理护理、功能锻炼等。经干预后，患者肿胀及皮肤淤青消退，疼痛评分下降，生活质量得到提高。在中医理论的指导下，火龙罐综合疗法能有效改善患者临床症状，且无明显不良反应。

Abstract

This article observes the therapeutic effect of comprehensive moxibustion with fire dragon cupping on a patient with severe swelling of the shoulder and upper arm after surgery for humeral surgical neck fracture， and summarizes nursing experience. Based on nursing evaluations， comprehensive moxibustion technology intervention with fire dragon cupping under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory was applied combined with dietary care， psychological care， functional exercise， etc. After intervention， the patient’s swelling and skin bruising subsided， the pain score decreased， and the quality of life improved. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory， the comprehensive therapy of fire dragon cupping could effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms without significant adverse reactions.
