摘要

本文总结1例循经通痹雷火灸联合铜砭刮痧改善颈椎内固定术后患者残余肩颈部疼痛，双上肢疼痛、麻木及双手肿胀症状的护理体会。通过专科护理评估，得出护理诊断，在此基础上制定个性化的护理计划并实施相应护理措施。通过实施循经通痹雷火灸联合铜砭刮痧治疗，并结合辨证起居护理、辨证施食护理及情志护理等，使患者术后残余症状明显减轻，睡眠质量得到改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with residual shoulder and neck pain， upper limb pain， numbness and swelling of hands after cervical internal fixation with meridian-unblocking thunder and fire moxibustion combined with copper needle. Through specialist nursing assessment， nursing diagnosis is obtained， and on this basis， personalized nursing plan is formulated and corresponding nursing measures are implemented. Through the implementation of meridian-unblocking thunder and fire moxibustion combined with copper needle treatment， combined with syndrome differentiation nursing， syndrome differentiation feeding nursing and emotional nursing， the residual symptoms of the patients were significantly reduced and the quality of sleep was improved.
