摘要

本文总结1例急性药物中毒伴呼吸衰竭患者连续性肾脏替代治疗（CRRT）联合血液灌流（HP）治疗及护理体会。患者服用过量佐匹克隆、富马酸喹硫平、氯硝西泮导致药物中毒，伴急性呼吸衰竭收治入院。在积极对症处理的基础上，给予CRRT联合HP治疗。护理要点为CRRT联合HP的护理、血流动力学的监测、气管插管呼吸机辅助通气的护理、镇静管理以及后期的营养支持、心理护理和各种并发症的观察及护理。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing management of a patient with acute drug poisoning and respiratory failure treated with continuous renal replacement therapy combined with hemoperfusion. The patient was diagnosed with acute drug poisoning and respiratory failure after overdose of zopiclone， quetiapine fumaraten and clonazepam. On the basis of active symptomatic treatment， the continuous renal replacement therapy combined with hemoperfusion was carried out to purify the blood and remove toxins from the body. Key issues of nursing during included hemodynamic monitoring， tracheal intubation and ventilator-assisted ventilation， nutrition support， physical care and prevention of complications.
