摘要

本文总结应用耳穴贴压联合五行音乐疗法治疗1例失眠患者的护理体会。在常规护理基础上，给予患者耳穴贴压联合五行音乐治疗，指导患者正确的耳穴贴压手法及按压频率，观察睡眠质量改善情况。经过14 d的干预后，患者睡眠时间延长，夜间醒来时间减少，睡眠质量得到提升，失眠症状明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying auricular point sticking combined with Wuxing music therapy to treat a case of insomnia. On the basis of routine nursing， the patient was given auricular point sticking combined with five elements music therapy， guiding the patient to correct auricular point sticking techniques and pressing frequency， and observing the improvement of sleep quality. After 14 days of intervention， the patients' sleep time was prolonged， the night wake time was reduced， the sleep quality was improved， and the insomnia symptoms were significantly improved.
