摘要

肌肉痉挛即“抽筋”，严重影响患者的生活质量。中药膏摩、穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包疗法干预肌肉痉挛效果明确，是中医外治中常用的综合治疗方法。基于中医辨证施护理论和科学护理评估，制定护理方案，针对1例消渴病患者肌肉痉挛的部位，近部取穴，先用中药膏摩点按穴位，对局部肢体循经络按摩，再运用中药热奄包进行局部热敷及穴位贴敷的经络传导疗法，有效改善患者临床症状并提高患者生活质量，且操作方法简单安全，充分体现了中医特色护理优势。

Abstract

Muscle cramping is one of the common diseases， which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）ointment and acupoint application combined with TCM hot compression therapy have proven efficacy in the treatment of muscle cramps， and is a comprehensive treatment method commonly used in TCM external treatment. This paper introduces the theory of TCM nursing by syndrome differentiation and scientific nursing evaluation， and formulates the nursing plan. Acupoints were selected according to the site of muscle cramps in a patient with type 2 diabetic mellitus. The TCM ointment and extenal application were carried on the selected acupoints， followed by the massage along the channels and meridians， TCM hot compression therapy and acupoint application on meridian conduction. Traditional Chinese Medicine external comprehensive therapy can effectively improve clinical symptoms and quality of life of the diabetic patient with muscle cramps. It is simple and safe in clinical practice， and fully embodies the advantages of Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing.
