摘要

本文总结1例耳穴压丸联合失眠推拿技术治疗心脾两虚型失眠患者的护理经验。给予患者耳穴压丸联合失眠推拿，并教会患者正确的耳穴按压方法，同时配合情志护理、饮食护理、健康教育等干预措施，有效地缩短了患者入睡时间，睡眠时间延长，失眠症状得到明显缓解。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of auricular point pressure pill combined with insomnia massage technique to treat insomnia patients with heart and spleen deficiency. The patient was given auricular point pressure pill combined with insomnia massage， and taught the correct auricular point pressure method， while with emotional care， diet care， health education and other intervention measures， shorten the patient's sleep time， prolong the sleep time， insomnia symptoms have been significantly alleviated.
