摘要
本文总结1例急性荨麻疹患者中西医结合治疗及护理体会。西医给予抗过敏、止痒药物治疗；中医根据辩证分型给予穴位放血、耳穴压丸、穴位注射、中药口服等干预措施。中西医结合，相互补充，发挥中医特色护理技术优势，有效减轻患者皮肤症状，缓解瘙痒不适，提高患者睡眠质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing practice of a patient with acute urticaria. Medications that help relieve itching and allergic reactions were administrated. Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques such as acupoint bloodletting， auricular acupoint pressing pills， acupoint injection， and oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine based on syndrome differentiation were carried out. Integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine， complementing each other， and leveraging the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques， effectively reducing skin symptoms， relieving itching and discomfort， and improving the quality of sleep of the patient.
