摘要

目的

总结调肺拔罐序贯六字诀在1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者中的应用效果。

方法

通过拔罐的“泻”法，祛邪外出，后经拔罐的“补”法及六字诀锻炼，调动机体气机，益气升阳。

结果

治疗后患者痰液粘稠度、mMRC、6MWD、FEV

%预计值、FVC%均有一定程度改善。

结论

调肺拔罐序贯六字诀可减轻慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者咳嗽咳痰、呼吸困难症状，增加运动耐力，改善肺功能，提高生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To summarize the application effect of the sequential six-character formula of cupping therapy in 1 patient with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Through cupping "draining" method， dispel the evil out， after cupping "supplementing" method and six-character formula exercise， mobilize the body qi， qi uplift Yang. Results After treatment， the sputum viscosity， mMRC， 6MWD， FEV1% predicted value and FVC% were all improved to some extent. Conclusion The six-character formula of cupping therapy can alleviate the symptoms of cough， sputum and dyspnea in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease， increase exercise endurance， improve lung function and improve life quality.
