摘要

本文总结1例采用中药热奄包技术治疗尪痹患者的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，采取中药热奄包配合饮食指导、情志调护、生活起居护理、健康知识宣教等常规护理措施，患者膝关节疼痛明显缓解，改善了患者疼痛的临床症状，提高了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the observation and nursing experience of 1 case of patients with arthralgia treated with traditional Chinese medicine Rebao technique. Based on the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and care， the conventional nursing measures such as traditional Chinese medicine Remei Bao combined with dietary guidance， emotional care， daily life nursing， health knowledge education， etc.， the patient's knee pain was significantly relieved， the clinical symptoms of pain were improved， and the quality of life of the patient was improved.
